Hi, I’m Justin, I grew in in a family whose slight obsession with antiques and vintage led to the opening of 2 shops, countless early mornings setting up for vintage fairs and eventually my becoming the owner/web developer/tea maker of Gems.ie.

One thing I learned from my family was that the main objective of a shop is not just to make sales, it’s that the customer goes away happy. (As one old hand put it, “you can shear a sheep lots of times, but you can only skin them the once”)
